Andi's attention to detail is amazing ... her instructions could not have been clearer, and her contact was prompt, friendly, and helpful. The extra touches like a cookie jar, pot noodles in case of a culinary emergency (not all the eateries are open every day), a wide variety of hot drinks available, hand lotion in the bathroom .... the list goes on.
