The last time we stayed at the hotel Eris and the kitchen smell in the hallways was awful. At czarny potok it was all smell of perfues and good comsteics. Large complex. Super well-trained staff. Breakfast for kings - very large selection. Sound of the stream when you open your bacon. The spa we used 10 times altogether. Paulina, Kasia, Kasper are very professional. Great facial, massage, body scrub. Super nice VIP spa with mud mask- amazing. Bought loads of cosmetics. Very relaxing and pleasant stay. Krynica boutique town with a great walking area, Pijalnia with different kinds of waters for different ailments. Beautiful concerts in Pijalnia Wod place. I loved it very much

Spectacular swimming pool with spotless tiles and crystal clear water (perfect temperature), best hotel-breakfast I have ever had (for example tomatoes are served peeled and they taste like organically grown!), very friendly and helpfull staff.
