This is perhaps one of the most beautiful stays in Switzerland, probably the best in Lauterbrunnen. Have been to Switzerland before but never has a hotel ticked right on all factors including room , cleanliness , comfort , staff behaviour and food ! Stayed in five star properties in Switzerland but would still rate this one the highest . it’s location is magical . we got the corner room with views of both sides of the valley . The room was large with a changing area with the bathroom and a large balcony with comfortable seating. staff was amazing ! Bed was so comfortable! Will come back!

It was my 10th day in Europe, and I slept very well compared to the other hotels i've stayed. Very, very friendly host, and just because of her (along with cozy and comfy room) i would like to come back to this place again when I get a chance to visit Switzerland.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. The location was beyond my imagination, my room on the third floor had the most beatiful view i have ever had in any room. the room was huge, with 3 bedrooms and a large living and dining area. the kitchen was very well equiped. The breakfast was also great with many options, lacking only a toaster.

When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. The beautiful resort with full kitchen and impeccably clean apartments are in the perfect location - quiet area of the main street, 10 minute walk to Interlaken Ost and 5-10 minute walk to the supermarkets and other restaurants. It is managed like a 5-star hotel (but is very homey), by warm, kind, friendly and very helpful people. Special mention to Andrea who communicated with me prior to our stay and waited for my family and I even when we arrived late. To Samantha who helped us with the washing machine and allowed us to check out late. To Peter who was patient and committed in helping us when we needed to find the exhaust of the stove and explaining to us our train pass options that enabled us to all the more enjoy the Jungfrau region. We also loved starting our day with our breakfast and their dining area that overlooks to a beautiful park.
