The property had a well equipped kitchen, a king size bed, TV, with a dining/seating area. The view from the rear window was of a lawned garden (communal) with an access door. The location of the property was very quiet all of the time. Walking into Puerto de la Cruz took around 15 minutes for lots more attractions. Ivan the host gave us lots of ideas and information to make our stay more enjoyable and he was very friendly.
