We are a working rental and charter business. Pontoon and skiff rentals are available on site. Airboat and River Charters run daily. During Manatee Season (Winter Months), you can swim with the manatees on our heated boats or Scallop in the Gulf of Mexico (July 1 - September 24)

*IMPORTANT - Please Read ENTIRELY Before Booking * **The RV is NOT recommended for people wishing to stay more than 3-days. It is HIGHLY encouraged and recommended that guests have prior RV experience in order to fully enjoy the unique features of our Stationary RV. Differences in toilet and appliance functionality require some RV know-how. If you are not familiar with RV's, this could lead to frustrations during your stay. Please use water thoughtfully, as the RV is not connected to a septic system, and excessive use may prompt an inconvenient trip for tank dumping if the water tank becomes full. This requires the RV to be taken off property and therefore can be a disruption to your stay. PLEASE NOTE: *A specific toilet usage method minimizes the risk of clogs. DO NOT flush toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the Diaper Genie trash bin provided to dispose of toilet paper. Plumbing issues due to guests' error/not following instructions may cut your stay short. Refunds will not be issued for such concerns that are determined to be at the fault of the guest's improper usage. Guests are accountable for covering any fees resulting from restroom clogs or backups. The RV is hooked up to water and electric - but if you are planning to stay more than 3-4 days, you need to take into consideration that the tanks could become full and require dumping. Stays greater than 3-days are NOT recommended. ** Located at River Safaris and Gulf Charters, in quaint Old Homosassa on a canal that opens up to the Homosassa River. From here you can visit Homosassa Springs, home to our famous Manatees or venture out to the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping (July 1 - September 24). Our area is also known for the variety of salt and freshwater fishing!

Nestled among slumbering oaks, Old Homosassa is home to the Homosassa State Wildlife Park, a working shrimp and crab waterfront industry. Many local restaurant and riverside bars are within walking distance. This is old Florida at its best!
