The property's bank commission charge for refund transaction is non-refundable.

Check-out procedures:

• Empty refrigerator of used or expired items.

• Wash, dry, and put away dishes.

• Paper kitchenware, cutlery, and laundry soap may be left.

• Wipe off counter, sink, and stove.

• Drop trash in trash can outside.

• Move furniture to original location as when you arrived.

• Turn lights, television, air conditioner, and all accessories off when not in unit.

Please note that this property does not accept guests who live within an 80-km (50-mile) radius.
