The 60 sqm apartment, cozy and cared for in every detail, is located on the first floor of an independent 16th-century building. Central but in a very typical neighborhood, the accommodation consists of two bedrooms with a double bed 160x200 cm (5'3" x 6'6"), each with an en-suite bathroom and a large shower. On request, the double bed of the second bedroom can be converted into twin beds. In the central part of the house, there is a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances: induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, espresso machine and refrigerator. In the apartment, you can enjoy the following facilities: WiFi (hi-speed), washing machine, hairdryer, Smart TVs, USB sockets, iron and iron board. All rooms are provided with individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The flat is on the first floor with 15 steps to reach its entrance. If you arrive before check-in time or if you need to leave your suitcases on the check-out day, you can store them in a cabinet with a keypad lock on the ground floor.

San Polo is a charming neighborhood in the heart of Venice, known for its lively markets, excellent restaurants serving delicious Venetian cuisine and beautiful architecture. Visitors can explore the famous Rialto Bridge, which spans the Grand Canal and offers stunning views of the city, and visit iconic landmarks such as the Basilica dei Frari and the Church of San Rocco, which houses a collection of paintings by Tintoretto. Visitors can experience the authentic Venetian culture by wandering through the narrow streets, visiting historic landmarks, and sampling local specialties like cicchetti and fresh seafood. Overall, San Polo is a great place to stay to experience the true essence of Venice.
