Classic townhouse in an amazing location: seconds from the Magazinos tapas area, and minutes on foot from the beach, port, castle, shops and squares buzzing with bars, cafes, and restaurants. The four-floor house has an awesome sun terrace with close-up views of the castle and out across the rooftops to the sea. Internal patio garden with BBQ. All bedrooms with balcony and air conditioning. 240 m3 with two lounges. A mixture of classic antique and modern furniture and colourful modern artworks. A proper home. Ground floor: open communal area with TV and DVD, dining space for 8, open kitchen with 5-hob gas cooker, double oven, microwave, dishwasher. Small toilet and a gorgeous external walled BBQ terrace with seating for 8. First floor: library, with two sofas and a classic armchair. A desk to work at. Air-conditioned bedroom with king sized bed, with its own bathroom. Second floor: two bedrooms (air con) sharing one bathroom. The 'pink' bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal for children, closed off with a screen. Top floor: Two single beds, bathroom, shower, washing machine, fridge. Big sun terrace, with comfy furniture and dining table... and unbeatable views.
We've lived in Denia for twenty years and are delighted to share this brilliant place with you... including local secrets on where to eat and drink, what to order, and what's worth checking out. We'll be right around the corner from you, so feel free to give us a call with anything you need.
The great thing about this property is you can forget about your car! Everything from Denia's best beaches to the shopping and the port is right on your doorstep. We have a selection of charming plazas within just a few minutes' walk... wake up with a coffee, chill out with a beer, dine and people-watch. The supermarket is two blocks away, the town's brilliant market one block more and the Marques de Campo high street one more again. The nightlife is right here too, so there's no finding a taxi when it's late and you're tired... just a gentle stroll home. Denia's hugely popular new tapas street "Magazinos" is 50m away, and the other great tapas street, Loreto, is just 5 minutes on foot. We're right beneath the castle walls. And as for swimming pools... we have a rather large one called the Mediterranean just 5 minutes away. We love watching the sun set from the 'chiringuito' (beach bar). The marina is at the end of the street - plenty of bars with live music, and the street market. You'll be pleased to learn that despite our central location, our street is quiet... and the house is double-glazed!
