Cozy and bright new apartment located in the heart of the city with views, surrounded by shops, restaurants, mall and main tourist attractions. Less than 1 minute away walking from the beautiful Ribalta Park. Location is perfect to wander the city walking. You could still use the public transport which is nearby too. This apartment has 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and 1 sofa bed on the living room that would fit 2 people perfectly. It also has 2 modern bathrooms, one of them integrated into the main room with a bathtub and the other with a shower, bouth of them equipped with everything you need, including a hairdryer. New fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, as well as all the necessary messages to cook during the stay. It also includes a lounge with a terrace from which you can enjoy its beautiful views of the city while enjoying your meal. It includes air conditioning, Smart TV in the dining room and each room, and High Speed Wifi for free in all the apartment. Parking is also included. Perfect location to discover the city as everything is only a walk away, like the famous Gothic Church of Santa María (10 minutes away) and the Arts Museum (20 mins away) We will be glad to help you with everything you might need and will be at your total disposal during your stay. Our main goal is for our guests to feel at home and very welcomed, so please, do not doubt to let us know about your needs and we'll do all we can to make it happen. ACCESS ELECTRONIC LOCK: We have an automatic check-in system, so you should not worry about the time of arrival. Through a mobile application, which is sent prior to your arrival, you can comfortably access the apartment.
