Immaculate, clean, fresh, modern decor. Very comfortable bed and large walk in shower (very spacious bathroom and bedroom) Spotlessly clean bedlinen and plenty of towels. The view from my balcony was breathtaking 🥰 Signora Pina will request that you add her business number to your WhatsApp ahead of arrival and from there communication is easy. The property consists of a suite of rooms on the 6th floor of an old building with a traditional elevator. There is plenty of space to hang clothes/store belongings. There is a refrigerator and safe in the room. Remember to pack an Italian adapter plug- these have 3 prongs and are often sold out at airport so buy early ! Signora Pina arranged my transfers to and from the airport by taxi. The family are all very kind, helpful and friendly. The location felt very safe and I particularly liked that it was so close to the historic centre which is mostly pedestrianised apart from bikes and scooters. The area has many restaurants and cafes and is popular for late night celebrations which can be noisy but remember you will be on the 6th floor!

This guest house is very centrally located for exploring and enjoying Palermo. The rooms and immediate surrounding block are also a nice and quiet, peaceful little area at night, which may be somewhat difficult to find in the city. Its about a 5 minute walk to one of the busy street markets. It offers a great home base for exploring Palermo.

The location was very close to the Hop on bus stop which we used to travel around Palermo and Monreale. Also, we were allowed to check in early which was very helpful since we arrived on an early morning flight.
