The location is a bit separated from the major sights, but lucky it's all on a small island where you can walk across in 15 minutes! In fact, we got on the wrong Vaporetto from the car park and we're dropped on the opposite side of the city. But a 15 minute walk and we found our room no problem! And because it's neat the hospital, it's much more quiet compared to the tourist areas.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice. The hosts were very helpful and without us even asking gave us detailed instructions on how best to get to the apartment from the airport including which boat to get and where to stop etc. which was hugely appreciated. They checked in with us on the second day to see if there was anything else they could do. It is located perfectly, in a quiet area but still close enough to the main area in the city. The apartment it itself is just beautiful. Very spacious, clean and modern with aircon and WiFi. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommended to any our friends wanting to stay in Venice.

We enjoyed our rooms overlooking "our square" as we had a bedroom with a sitting room/kitchen overlooking the square. At the end of each day, it was nice to experience quiet time away from the crowds. The kitchen is basic but provides enough cookware, dishes, glasses, and cups to prepare meals and save some money. There are a couple of nearby grocery stores as well. The only hiccup we experienced was arriving in the square after about a 25-minute walk from the train station. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong red-colored building from which to start our search for the entrance to the accommodation. It had been several months since I was on the Booking.com site, so I didn't have the image of the restaurant from the site (see photo) in my mind. We called the owner, and he told us to walk to either side of the building to find the entrance behind it. Because we were in front of the incorrect building, this pursuit didn't work. So, learn from our experience: Start in front of the restaurant and walk to either side. You will find a tiny alley where you turn. You will find the door halfway down the alley.

Amazing stay! The place was big and clean. Location is very close to the ferry and to all central areas. Our host Alex was great! he gave us food recommendations, helped us but the daily pass for the boat and was very hospitable. Overall, we had a very good experience.

The room was big and very cosy and the location was close to city center and all the things that are important to visit. The building itself was perfect, we had the opportunity to be checked there just in time an art gallery took places. Even though we shared a bathroom we never have to wait for our turn and also the staff cleaned it every day.
