Liliane was amazing as a hostess! Very happy from the beginning to the end. She went the extra mile! I couldn't make it for breakfast and she got me an extra little fridge and a nice takeaway breakfast <3 Her son also made a great coffee and gave a friendly and interesting chat making my visit very comfy and feeling at home. She suggested good places to visit in Palma and both other good suggestions. The location was perfect with free parking close to it. I didn´t have time to visit the closer beaches, they look really nice though. Great stay!!!

The staff at this property are extremely attentive, kind, helpful, and the most welcoming we’ve come across in Europe! The people staying here are treated like family. Location is everything, and Hostal Neptuno certainly delivers in this aspect. Situated just a stone's throw away from the beach, you couldn't ask for a more convenient place to stay. The proximity to the sandy shores allowed for easy access to the beautiful Mediterranean waters and picturesque sunsets. It truly was a beach lover's paradise. One of the standout features of this hotel was its incredibly helpful staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff members were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring that guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their attentive and friendly nature greatly enhanced my overall experience. Cleanliness is a top priority at Hostal Neptuno, and it shows. The rooms were meticulously maintained, and the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping them spotless throughout my stay. The level of cleanliness was consistently high, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for its guests. Despite being located in the heart of a tourist hub, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful my stay was.
