We truly enjoyed Silvana, the hostess. She was kind, sweet and extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and the entire property is great…so relaxing! greatly located, it is the best spot for a long weekend or a couples’ trip on La Costa del Sol! Highly recommended and we look forward to coming back next year!

Though in a quiet street very nice location to beach, restaurants, bars, old city, also to bus station and 3 min walk to cafes where you can have a great breakfast. Room was was very clean, as well as bathroom. Irene provided a parasol to use during stay, also recommended some good restaurants. Good value of money.

Second time coming in less than a year! I absolutely loved the vibes, the location. It is very hard to describe how much i love this place, cozy, 5 minutes from Old Town and across from it we have the beach which is amazing. This is my second time in this hostal and i am happy i decided to come back! They include towels, and the bathroom is perfect size and free coffee! The beds are comfortable and sheets & pillows are also perfect condition! Check in and Check out is super easy and very easy to communicate! I will always come back here!

We actually booked inc. breakfast but unfortunately the owners experienced problems with the company delivering breakfast. However, we were reimbursed so all worked out well, thank you. There are plenty of cafes etc. just around the corner from the hotel where breakfast is served at reasonable prices. The HC6 Boutique hotel is a lovely quaint place, quiet and ideally located in the heart of Marbella Old Town. Close to all amenities and just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the beach area. Personnel are so friendly and helpful, always on hand to help with any questions you may have, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and recommend other travellers to book this lovely boutique hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hostal Estrella! The location is perfect- 5 minutes from the beach or the old town and so convenient for getting groceries or busses. The staff was so friendly and helpful, it was lovely to chat with them when entering and exiting the hotel. My partner and I got covid just a few days before our trip and asked if we could delay our stay, they answered immediately and rearranged our stay for no extra cost which was so kind and generous! The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The AC was also amazing during the hot days. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more 😊

Lucero 12 is described as a “hotel hotel”, perhaps because of the limited number of rooms. It is in fact a 5-room “boutique” hotel on a beautiful pedestrian street. If tempted to rent a scooter, there is ample free parking right outside the hotel entrance. The property is located one block from the ocean and a 10 minute walk to Marbella’s old town. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the bus terminal, a perfect length walk after a long flight. There is a large grocery store a few minutes away with a variety of foods, freshly baked breads, wines and beers. There are countless restaurants and cafes minutes from Lucero 12. The hotel and rooms are all newly and beautifully renovated. Everything is kept very clean. The small lobby has a self-serve coffee machine (amazing coffee) and a variety of biscuits available at all hours. The walled patio is a perfect spot to have lunch or a drink. The hotel staff are very attentive. Leo (I suspect the owner) is on site until around 7pm everyday. On arrival, check-in was fast and Leo was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided a map and suggested some points of interest and throughout our stay, he was always available to answer our questions.
