This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel location is AAA, since it is in a safe area, next to Wall Street and the WTC, in the middle point of distance from Uptown and from Brooklyn. The room and the bathroom were always clean and hot water was available all the time. The room was equipped with a coffee nespresso machine with capsules, a safe box and a comfortable desk that I used to do some work with my laptop. Price was very convenient considering average prices of the city. I'll definitely choose again Artezen Hotel in a future visit to NY.

The room was wonderful, you feel that everything was chosen carefully from toiletries and minibar items to furniture and tech tools. The staff were very responsive. The facilities were excellent.

Smešten na Menhetnu, hotel Whitby nalazi se u Aper Midtaunu, na 483 metara od Central parka i u blizini prodavnica poput Saks 5. Avenija i Bergdorf Gudman. Svi gosti mogu koristiti besplatan WiFi. Needed to be mid-town, so chose the Whitby over the Crosby. Appreciated how quickly restaurant hostess and staff were to recognize my husband and me. Excellent front desk staff. Appropriately COVID aware. Liked non-fogging mirrors in bathroom.
