The Staff were very courteous, respectful and very very helpful. Though Booking.com made a booboo with our reservation, the staff were still on hand to get it sorted and ensured we had a great stay. Was exceptionally clean, comfortable friendly staff. Just a OK breakfast but the rest was great. Great location to catch the bus downtown .. #600 takes exactly where you want to go. Changed towels daily which I found other places not being done. Never judge a book by its cover .. the outside is questionable but you really couldn't ask for nicer inside.
