The lightings were perfect Staff very friendly. Bathroom was very good. Location in the middle of the Spanish steps area Good restaurant around For a three star hotel from a seasoned traveller for over half a century, the value of the money exceed its rating of *** three stars. I will happily give it 11/10 and 3.5 rating.
