The hotel staff was exceptional! Starting with the front desk people- they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted with difficult questions like where to get a Covid test! The bar/dining staff was also exceptional! I was traveling solo, and my Christmas Eve Dinner was to die for! I think it was like 8 courses and non-stop Prosecco! Incredible evening. I didn't feel alone at all. The staff made my holiday very enjoyable and very special!

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. I love the decor in the nice big rooms. The water was steaming hot and the bathroom was nice and roomy. The breakfast had a great selection of food with fresh fruit, bacon, ham, eggs, bread, pastries, etc.

Lovely original architectural building in the older area of Lisbon. Tucked in an arched alley near everything - this hotel had all you needed for a very comfortable stay. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Kitchen was a real surprise - very modern with everything to self cater or to use facilities as you wished.

Emporium Lisbon Suites are primely located, just 300 metres from Terreiro do Paço and the Tagus River. Great location, close to everything; spacious room, perfect for a family of 4; we had a delayed flight and arrived after midnight but that was not a problem because all doors work with codes - so no stress to have somebody waiting for us. A lot of restaurants a few steps away both for breakfast and dinner.

We were late arriving and the host was there, gracious, familiarized us with the apartment and indicated he was available for any problems. There weren’t any problems. The kitchen was great and the clothes washing machine efficient.
