Staff couldn't be any more helpful, always offering to help and genuinely nice people. The hotel is spotless and the spa is a great extra. Absolutely perfect. Great shower and bed extremely comfy and rooms perfectly soundproofed. Would go back to Florence just to stay there again!

The panoramic terrace on the top floor of Hotel Kraft is equipped with a roof garden, a restaurant, and a swimming pool which is heated during the winter. - The staff members were so attentive and helpful - They had amenities that made my mother’s stay comfortable (she uses a wheelchair) - location is great (not in a loud and busy street but within walking distance to the train station, places if interest, and our favorite pasticceria Thank you for a great stay! We’ll definitely book this hotel again when we come back. 😊
