It's in a perfect location (near Hyde Park, wonderful shopping, central), it beautifully appointed, and has one of the best staff we've ever encountered. From Gunther, to Lionel and the entire team - we were always welcomed and given superb service. I can't recommend it enough.

The Staff & the service was amazing.. i spent 6 days here and they was very helpful, they are always there to support you. You leave at the morning with a smile & you come back with a smile.
