I really don’t understand all the bad reviews- this is not fair at all. During our stay - the elevators work without a problem, breakfast was simple and the same every day , but quite tasty and sufficient, the Wi-Fi was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Not to mention the staff. They and the very central and great location are the strongest points of this hotel.

The location was superb -- a stone throw's from Harrod's, restaurants, museums, parks, etc. -- and the apartment was spacious and perfect for a family. They'd even stocked the fridge with some groceries! Fantastic spot. We'd definitely stay there again.

The luxurious Cheval Knightsbridge apartments are within 5 minutes’ walk of Harrods and the Victoria and Albert Museum. I would love to give this beautiful townhome MORE than a 5 star rating. Everything was perfect for our family while we were in London for the week. Easy access. We used Uber for transportation, and there was always a driver within less than 3 minutes. Delightful restaurants nearby. Close proximity to the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods. The office staff were welcoming and responded to all of our questions and needs.
