The room was small but it was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took note of my check-in time on Booking.com and let us check in early. They also read my request for a "higher floor, large bed, non-smoking room and we were on our honeymoon trip". It was really nice that they got us a cake, a lovely card and they decorated the bed with rose petals in the room! How lovely?! The card and the cake should be written as "Congratulations" instead of "Happy Anniversary" but it was lovely! We were impressed that they made such an effort. Moreover, I sprained my ankle during the trip and the staff gave us a bandage and also delivered a bucket of ice to our room. It's a four-star hotel but the service is five-star. Love it!

We got our room upgraded from the ground floor to the third floor so we had a fantastic view. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, with a lot of nice restaurants around. Still, it is not noisy, and you can easily get around London since there are several tube stations within walking distance. The breakfast is the vegetarian/vegan version of a full English Breakfast, so it is quite large and delicious. The personnel was very nice and helpful throughout our whole trip. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Wholeheartedly recommend it!
