I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

It is one of these experiences where all comes together perfectly well. Very nice contemporary relaxing design paired with very friendly and attentive staff. Add on that the charming city of San Sebastian. Very good value for money. Hotel has also Valet Parking. We are planning to return as soon as possible.

Very friendly smiling staff who go out of their way to assist whether you looking for restaurants or a game of golf! They even sorted out my travel problems with Iberia airlines. Location was superb very convenient. Very clean!

Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade. Very nice hotel, the location and the hospitality.

Facing the beachfront, Hotel Boutique Villa Favorita offers 4-star accommodation in San Sebastián and features a terrace, restaurant and bar. The location was ideal and the staff was wonderful. It was a memorable visit and we will come again.

Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. Location, very good friendly staff, a truly beautiful hotel with an excellet breakfast. Looking forward already to staying there next time.

Boasting a terrace, Intelier Victoria offers accommodation in San Sebastián, a 4-minute walk from La Concha promenade. The location could not have been better. Close to the beach and the old town. Everything that you could want is within a five minute walk. The property itself is very beautiful , almost tucked away, everything was clean and orderly.
