Absolutely, here's a glowing review for Ivan's apartment in Madrid: --- I cannot recommend Ivan's apartment enough! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their generosity and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our time in Madrid. Thank you, Ivan and Alex, for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be returning!

Nice open-plan kitchen. Good facilities in the flat i.e diswasher and washing machine. Also, microwave and coffee machine!

Cozy and lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. 3 minutes walk from bus and metro stations. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone up to 4 people travelling to Madrid.

Barring a little miscommunication on which apartment number to press at the door, it was fairly smooth. The host was very kind and gave me the keys as well as a some house rules. Great location, its right in front of the bust station going into town, a few minutes walk from the metro station (but it is a mild incline). Bed and sheets are comfy, so was the couch. Great ventilation kept the room cool and the airconditioning is good to supplement the coolness. Lots of room in the closet for hanging clothes. Bathroom is great for my size, but may be cramped for bigger guests. Would definitely suggest this place to budget travellers

The location is great if you like walking. It's a little noisy at night, but nothing so hard to endure. It was also clean (could be better), but you can clean it yourself without much effort as you arrive there. The kitchen is a great plus, and it works awesome. It also has a supermarket very near, so you'll have the perfect match for your breakfasts.
