Pitoresque and fresch boutique hotel with a great location in Cartagena. The staff is fantastically welcoming and helpful. They will help you with everything you need (if legal :)). We had a top room with a terrace overlooking the castle, beautiful view. The 140 cm bed was comfortable and big enough for us. The room had ok hot water in the shower. Very good breakfast and always offering a variety of fruits for free during the whole stay. Julio at the reception was exceptionally helpful and a lot of fun to discuss all sorts of things including tropical fruits, markets, tourist attractions etc. Overall fantastic. Would never stay anywhere else if visiting Cartagena.

One of my favourite hotels ever. Great stay as a family - close to the main attractions with lively Getsemani on the doorstep, yet very quiet and comfortable. Very nice design, super comfy beds. Professional and friendly staff. Good food. Fab pool area, which means you can escape the heat of the city in the middle of the day to rest and refresh.

Casa Jaguar Hotel Boutique has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Cartagena de Indias. Clean, comfortable and perfectly situated in the heart of Getsemaní neighborhood. Super breakfast and overall staff service. A special mention to Gabriela and her Mom who served breakfast with a smile.

There was an issue on the first day with the presence of ants. It was resolved by management, a larger room was provided and then a courtesy dinner. Perfect!

Ideally located in the Getsemani district of Cartagena de Indias, Getsemani Cartagena Hotel is set 1.3 km from Marbella Beach, 2.2 km from Bocagrande Beach and 700 metres from San Felipe de Barajas... An absolute gem in Getsemani. The hotel is so conveniently located yet tucked away enough that it is quiet at night. The area felt safe and accessible to all the sites in Cartagena. Breakfast was delicious each with spectacular fruits. It was nice to also have the option of the Juan Valdez cafe connected to the lobby. The staff was excellent and the room had all the things you need. The bed was probably one of the best I've experienced in a hotel abroad. Lastly, the wifi worked for what we needed it including some streaming in the room and there were ample restaurants in the area.
