I had breakfast each morning which was fine. The hotel (once I had found it!) was very handily located for the ferry port and had a very useful garage (given the appaling parking difficulty in the locality!). I was also able to keep my bike in the garage.

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport.

Property was very nice with many original features. It is surrounded by a golf course so it had a country feel but was close to Bilbao and other tourist attractions. Check in and house keeping staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well equipped with kettle and fridge our room had an outdoor balcony. Good breakfast.

The hotel was excellent, the rooms well appointed and beautifully clean and all the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we can’t recommend it highly enough
