Let me give you one bad thing, really funny!!!! I went to the reception I asked the guy that if you have clothes iron, he said we have no iron and you have to bring your clothes ironed!!!!!! Then said we have one worker comes at night bring his one, so we might ask for it !!!! I was not happy with this, I left him and then decided to leave this hotel it was in the morning early, however, I came again to reception I said I don’t want to continue my second night here, please refund me, he ignored me and said nothing to do with this booking meaning no changeable so I took my family and I went to another hotel with upset mood. Never come back to you Really bad!!!!!!!

Arrival at the hotel was excellent, a warm welcome from guest experience manager Manel. Check in was smooth, front desk staff friendly and professional. As it was our first time at the resort, Manel gave us a quick walkthrough and introduced us to the facilities, this was very much appreciated. The rooms are beautiful, also the rest of the facilities are well kept and spotless, both the indoor as well as the outdoor pool areas deserve a special mention. We had dinner at the creek and at blu seafood restaurant, both were excellent, as was the service during dinner.
