Al Palazzetto is a fantastic place to stay! We loved everything about it. The room was comfy and had old world charm. The location was great - in the heart of Tivoli. Everything is close - only a five minute walk to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. We had one of our best meals in Italy in the wine bar that is a couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast was great in a beautiful room on the top floor. Best of all was Luca, our host, who provided lots of good info and recommendations. He was so helpful and kind! We hope to make it back to Tivoli and would definitely stay at Al Palazzetto again!!

This is a wonderful apartment in a wonderful city. We were sad to end up spending only one night there. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Diana was kind and kept us informed about everything. We will definitely return :)

Wonderful breakfast (and dinner!) with highly accommodating staff (allowing us to come to dinner a little early to dinner, due to our daughter’s early bedtime, flexible check-in/chrckout, etc). HUGE playground facilities and easy access to ponies and horses. Can’t wait to return!
La Giada is situated in the ancient town of Tivoli, 30 km from Rome. Rooms feature air conditioning and a private bathroom.

The location was excellent, in the very center and close to the train station. It is a lovely stay for a couple of days and everything you need is very close - restaurants, cafes, gardens, etc. Even though it's located in the center it is very quiet. The host is lovely and careful.

Location staff and cleanliness great. Only observation breakfast does not provide savoury option. All sweet. Having said that on day 2 we were asked of we would like eggs which we appreciated. Overall a lovely stay

In centre of medieval tivoli.
Close to breakfast cafe.
Close to historical sites
Great access to town and countryside. Tivoli has lots of character and amazing views, plenty of places to eat and shop, and to immerse yourself in true Italian culture.
I'd recommend the Villa d'Este and Villa Adriana (Hadrian's Villa), both of which can be done in one day, although allow more time for the latter, and bring a packed lunch as there are no catering facilities.

Tivoli is a great town outside of Rome. If you are looking for old character, charm, and beautiful gardens, you have found your spot. Food was great at all locations. I would recommend spending a lot of time Villa di Este.

The park of Villa Gregoriana has stunning views of the waterfalls and is a must natural attraction when visiting Tivoli.
Villa D'Este is a magnificent example of the Italia Villas of the Renaissance, with its beautiful gardens and many fountains.
These two locations and the overall historical city area are easily reachable all within walking distance. The historic downtown also offer many eating alternatives.
Villa Adriana is one of the most majestic archeological sites of the Roman Empire, truly impressive in its scale and content.
Plan for a three nights stay in order to have two full days to visit the city.

Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome.
Wonderful area to explore and use as a base to visit Rome. Fly into Ciampino. Public transport and parking is good. Prepare to walk up hill on occasions in town. Villa d'este well worth a visit BUT beware of payment on entry. (See Tip) Driving can be either exciting or challenging. Make sure if you go on the toll roads you understand how they work and how to pay. Local food is really reasonably priced if you choose well. "Botega del Grano" is an excellent choice in Tivoli.

Tivoli is a great location especially if you have previously visited Rome. It is much cheaper than Rome for food and drink and the quality of food is very good. For example we visited a restaurant in Rome for lunch - a restaurant we had previously visited - cost for lunchtime pasta for four with four beers and two Aperol Spritz 107 Euro's. Night time meal in Tivoli at a restaurant specializing in food from Tuscany for starters, meat main courses, six beers and 4 Aperol Spritz cost 117 Euro's.
Tivoli offers easy access to Rome via Train. To be honest having visited Rome before was disappointed with how expensive it has become, entry to alot of the venue's had massively increased in price and hour long queues. Also found the city very dirty.

If you like quaint rustic italy, this is for you, gorgeous scenery, lots to do but do homework first as if you do not have a car, the public transport needed a recky first. Not all cafes open on a Monday, but when they are the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. Taverna de Dracula is a must fir romanian cuisine
Charming old property, superb host, lovely al-fresco breakfast.
Carla kindly helped us book a local restaurant in Tivoli, the local town, and that restaurant 'Sibilia' was superb.
Carla was very attentive and always willing to help.
Whilst we were there the temperature was in the low 40s, so the air conditioning in the bedroom was a super bonus.
Quaint spiral staircase to our room - which we knew about in advance, made it a very authentic experience.
We stayed 3 nights at the apartment which is in a gated estate with secure free parking and lovely garden surrounds ,it was very quiet.Right next to Hadrians Villa and a shot drive to Villa de Este.Supermarket nearby,Well equipped kitchen, good hot shower and comfortable bed.Wifi good also. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the hosts were very friendly.Looking around the rest of Tivoli I think this is the best stay.We enjoyed our time there
The owner picked us up at the train station which was supper nice. We arrived late and there are no taxis in Tivoli so it is important if you are not traveling by car to have a pre arranged taxi. It is walkable to the place from the train station but may be difficult with large bags. Tivoli is not like Rome so the taxi drivers mostly do not speak English as a heads up. The place is amazing and was a great location and views.
The hotel had beautiful views and there was so much land. The swimming pool area was spacious and clean and the pool was large. Our room was large and clean and our bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is well worth a visit, such gorgeous food and breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. There appears to be a lot to do on the grounds of the hotel, although we weren't there long enough to try anything.
This property was great; the owner has furnished the apartment with everything a guest could possible need. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very well furnished with dishes, pots and pans, coffee and tea makers, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas cooktop. The apartment was very clean and had nice linens, and there was even a clothes washer. I would ONLY stay here if I visit Tivoli again.
It is found in old Tivoli. Very quiet at night. The room and bathroom were very clean and Rossana (the owner) is very polite, friendly and responsive when messaged. She even has sent us, the directions on how to reach the premises from the train station. It is found just 5 mins walk from good restaurants and less than 8 mins from Villa Gregoriana and Villa d'Este. We highly recommend the place.
There was basically everything you need for comfortable stay. There was an espresso machine and coffee, and also some complementary snacks and cookies to welcome us. The appartment was clean and cozy. The location was convenient, and the host kindly responded on all our requests, thank you Alessio for that. The city of Tivoli was beautiful and easily connected with Rome and Fiumicino airport.
The staff made us feel welcome and at home. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was fantastic and very comfortable. We had a great breakfast each morning with lots of offerings. The interior courtyard was lovely and beautiful. The hotel is amazing and full of history in each corner. We will definitely stay here again!!
Great cozy place in the old town of Tivoli and really clean.
Chiara helped us with all the details and even provided some recommendations for great restaurants in Tivoli.

Best Wi-fi in Italy after 2 weeks travel :D
Very clean and spacious appartment in the old Town of Tivoli. Appears to be recently renovated. Full kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Washing machine is also available.
TV had access to Amazon Prime and login with your own Netflix account was possible.
The appartment is renewed, clean and very comfortable. Unlike most of the appartments in Tivoli old town, it is very quiet and bright. The host is very caring and gladly help you with everything. Definately one of the best places in the town!
Fantastic place in the old part of Tivoli. Large rooftop-terrace, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen and, last but not least, a friendly and helpful host. And even though you are in the center of the town, this is a quiet place!
Great location near attractions, train station, Tivoli center. Host was wonderful and had someone there to greet me and show me to the room. Even had a cozy electric fireplace heater as it was a little rainy, chilly when I arrived.
If you looking for perfect place in Tivoli - here it is. Everything was squeaky clean, the shower is spacious and works perfectly, is has fully equipped kitchen and omg the washing machine! Landlord is helpful and friendly 🤍
Lovely staff, especially the guy on reception. Arrived late at night after restaurant was closed and he got us a glass of wine from the bar. Lovely pool, very welcome after walking around the gardens in Tivoli
Lorenzo was a wonderful and welcoming host. The B&B is perfectly located to experience Tivoli. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed!
We highly recommend Il Castello!
My family and I had a wonderful experience at Regina and our host, Fillipo, made sure that we were all well taken care of. When I come back to Tivoli I will look forward to another stay!
inside the historic city apartment, lovely, decorated classical well Modern at the same time. Very comfortable and a super value for anyone staying in Tivoli
