The hotel room was very nice. The rooftop terrace and bar were fantastic with a wonderful panoramic view of Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, taking care of all our needs including tours and teaching us Italian. We had a truly incredible experience and are looking forward to returning next year.
