I like the location, It was near to the train station, perfect to travel to another town or city in Italy. The staff was really nice and polity. And the option to have breakfast included is always a great choice.

The hotel room was very nice. The rooftop terrace and bar were fantastic with a wonderful panoramic view of Florence.
