Very clean and spacious with all furnitures you might need (fully equipped kitchen, 2 sofas, TV, washing machine) in a very green area. The host were super nice.

The restaurant (and breakfast area) are nice and the breakfast is great with a plentiful buffet. We found the staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is also easy to reach by car and the parking facilities are a plus.

Nice room with а balcony. There is a small fridge. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The bus stop is right next to the hotel (on arrival). The bus stop to the center is a 10-minute walk away. Note that public transport stops operating at 20:30. A taxi from the Leaning Tower to the hotel cost 12 euros.
Only 100 metres from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Hotel Francesco is set in central Via Santa Maria. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a fridge and tea/coffee maker.
