The hotel room was very nice. The rooftop terrace and bar were fantastic with a wonderful panoramic view of Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, taking care of all our needs including tours and teaching us Italian. The location is very good, only 10-15mins to the centre of Florence and only 7 mins to the train station and tram stop to and from the airport.
