Convenient for transfers to airport. Shuttle bus 5 euros each at time of writing. We had nothing lunch and dinner in restaurant and the staff were friendly and attentive. Good selection of food and wines. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Checkout time was 12 which is about an hour better than most hotels.

The hosts are excellent! They helped me with transfer from the airport to hotel and next day from the hotel to train station. They very kindly. Staying was absolutely safety. I get all information about public transport.
And I could order a pizza to my room.
Everything was very clean! 😊

This maazing, warm lady picked us up from the airport late in the evening and drove us back the next morning in time for our flight. She unreservedly shared her beautiful, spacious house with us all its amenitlies (vast dining room and fully equipped kitchen, manicured garden and confortable sleeping quarters).
Other two appartements are confortable, clean and have everything you need.

Very pleasant place, close to the airport, and quiet and tranquil. There are small places to buy food and gellato, beautiful cathedral at the centre, small bus stop to get to Gallarate. Malpensa airport is 5-10km away, but you definitely have to get a taxi or rent a car, you can't go on foot or by bus.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4.
The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. There was a private bedroom and 2 twin beds in the living area, no privacy for the living area, but the beds were comfortable. The temperature was adjustable and quite perfect. There is one toilet, but 2 showers. The apartment is in a very quiet and secluded residential area. There is NO entertainment in the area, this property is the exact opposite of city life. There are a few restaurants in walking distance (10 minute walk), but we arrived late at night and only 1 was open. It was a typical pizzeria. We felt safe walking there. We ate our breakfast at the terminal due to lack of food choices in the town. We made sure to have dinner at our destination before returning to the property late at night. You do not want to arrive here if you're hungry, because there is no convenience of food-which is a problem with children. The train and airport are a 5 minute ride but there are no cabs/uber so you need to request rides with the property owners, which was very simple and not too expensive. The wife of the property speaks Italian and French, minimal English. The husband speaks English and there was ease of communication with him.

Amenities were exceptional and host/hostess were very accommodating and thoughtful. This was a very peaceful experience and the market for items to eat and prepare was just a short walk up the street.

The room was comfortable overall, and the TV screen was really big which we enjoyed. We had to stay one full day in the hotel room with the kids until our next flight, so that was a good bonus to have a good TV. The food in the a la carte restaurant was very good as well although a bit pricy.
The negative side was the price for the transportation from/to the Malpensa Airport - the taxi ride that took like 5 minutes cost 25 euros and the same price for the shuttle bus (the price for the family). No public transport to get to the Milan center so we skipped the day trip to the center and stayed in the hotel. The minimarket was a 10/15-minute walk, but it was closed on Sunday (which the receptionist did not know, so he directed us to the supermarket anyway). I wish we could have bought some snacks to the hotel room. The kettle in the room was working somehow but the plastic was broken, so it didn't look safe. The minifridge did not work and it was really cold the first night on the sofa bed (the only decent blanket was on the double bed). But then we turned on the heating and the second night we did not feel cold.

IF staying close to Malpensa for an early morning flight , this hotel is excellent . Shuttle bus from 5 am . Very helpful pleasant staff . Pool , nice gardens . Rooms nice .
IT does not have a restaurant . This was no problem when we stayed in JUne 2022 as there were many bars and restaurants close by .
This stay was a Monday in August and only place open was a pizzeria which was not really so nice.

Our stay was very nice.
Our stay was very nice. It's a cute nicely remodeled apartment with everything you need. It's close enough to the airport (short cab/uber ride) and easy to navigate. The gated property felt safe and there are a couple of pizzaria's close as well. The owners left snacks and the internet worked well. We would recommend it for a stay near Milan Airport. We stayed there one night as we arrived in Milan and the night before we left.

was bad experience, bad staff, mean and stingy, they checked us as 9:30 am and deny to wait in the eating area, don’t want to use the lights, air condition need to ask for the remote, breakfast is poor nothing except croissant one for each and one mini biscuit for each, no bread no cheese no nothing,
air condition need to ask for the remote, a lot of mosquitos, asking not to use lights, very bad staff and not good to be as a hotel to book in booking website.
The rooms are small but the staff is friendly & the location is perfect to get to Malpensa airport. We enjoyed a cocktail from the small lobby bar before heading to dinner. The hotel clerk recommended a small local restaurant nearby that was excellent. Also close is a gas station with after hours self serve to fill up the rental car before returning to the airport. Secured parking under the hotel is available for 8 Euros per night.
This place neither looks like a hotel nor does it look like an apartment. It's a ridiculous place, there is no check-in time, it doesn't have a room, but it takes reservations, I waited for hours near the door, I couldn't get a reprimand, but they charged me the fee and I had to go and stay somewhere else, it's a very bad business, I don't recommend it.
The location is very convenient, approximately 12 km from Malpensa airport.
The room has good lighting, which is not always the case in hotels and apartments; very clean, with a relatively small kitchen there is a lot of space. There is air conditioning.
Hospitable hosts who quickly respond to messages and help with all questions.
It is conveniently located for the airport and has a shuttle bus to the airport. It fulfills my expectations for an hotel in this category. It has a swimming pool, which I use if I visit during the summer months, but as this is outdoor it is obviously not available in winter.
Very underrated hotel
It's actually very good hotel for the money, close to the airport, very quiet place. Also the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and also big and very functional bathroom, with all necessary things.
Very clean, comfortable night. The hotel staff were all very thoughtful and kind. Very convenient shuttle from and to airport. Delicious breakfast spread! Wish I could have stayed longer in this wonderful hotel.
The location is five minutes from the airport.
The room was clean and functional.
There is a parking near and inside the hotel.
Good place to be before the flight.
Friendly English-speaking staff, beautiful, unique building and rooms. Very clean, and attractive design. Not the shiny mega hotel thing, which is appreciated.
great place. lady picked us up and drove us the following day to malpensa for 15 euro which way. much cheaper than previous shuttle we took to ibis hotel
