We stayed in room 1 which had its own small sitting room separate from the bedroom
Both the sitting room and bedroom had superb views of the Clyde
The bathroom was a good size and nicely done
Breakfast each morning was always hot and cooked to order again with a great view of the Clyde
Dinner menu was good and the food was delicious
It’s a small hotel so everything was friendly and not like big hotels impersonal
Situated just 45 minutes’ drive from Glasgow, this villa is a bed and breakfast and provides free WiFi.

a superb guest house. Keith, the owner was so friendly and incredibly efficient, really going the extra mile. The room was very comfortable, and enhanced by two lovely armchairs. There was even a small fridge in our room with supply of fresh milk and chilled water- a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and we had huge fluffy towels. Breakfast was delicious- cooked to order and included freshly made pancakes. A selection of fruit was freshly prepared in glasses each day.
Lively freshly brewed coffee and tea with refills as wished. The whole place was immaculate and very welcoming. I will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Largs is a nice place to visit for a short or long break it is very easy to get around lots of places to eat. We would recommend The Three Reasons great food and prices. The only thing we would suggest unless you are a really big eater try the small meal first, its more than enough. There are lots of places to visit not too far away.

Largs is a MUST stopover if you're planning on visiting Millport. The town itself has so much to offer for Children and Adults alike, great eateries such as Nardinis, where you can taste some of the worlds best ice creams, and, fish and chips! Largs also has some great little shops namely the homemade chocolate shop and many more. I'll definitely be back.
I must add - Shows and arcades for the kiddies, this town has it all.

Fabulous, my third or fourth stay in Largs and I never get tired of it. Scenery is beautiful, walk along the coast path watching the ferries, and in better weather there's nowhere nicer to have a picnic and watch the sea. Good hourly rail connections to Glasgow, from where the rest of Western Scotland and the UK are easily accessible. Also change at Kilwinning for the Ayr line, which has some lovely seaside resorts too.

A nice town to stay in if you like to be away from the city, and enjoy being by the sea and walks along the waterfront. Only a short ferry trip to the lovely Isle of Bute, good charity shops and pubs, lovely staff in Costa Coffee, friendly locals and a nice train ride to Glasgow.

Largs town itself is a bit run down (but this is like most places on the West coast especially these days).
Limited availability of supermarkets if you need to buy groceries for self catering, but you can get what you need.
I didn't eat out but there did look to be a good selection of different types of eateries, Italian, Chinese, traditional, etc.
Also actually good for doing some shopping. That's not why I was there but was pleasantly surprised by the shops on the Main St leading down to the promenade.
If you are looking for a place to spend a leisurely time and don't need a lot to do apart from go for nice walks and eat ice cream then this is the place for you! And of course if you want you can visit Millport from Largs.
The walk along the promenade in Largs is very pleasant, good for fresh air walks but was very busy with families, dogs etc and this was in Winter, so must be absolutely chocca in Summer.
Also, respect to the people eating ice-cream at 0 degrees celsius - gotta have that in Largs no matter what the weather haha:)
It's also a good place if you want a base to explore more of the wider area because the train station is very central but there is also a bus service which goes to Wemyss Bay, Fairlie, Gourock, Greenock etc, ending up in Glasgow. So you can go exploring:). The bus journey is quite scenic. Bus leaves just outside the train station. (I didn't know this but found out cause all the trains got cancelled:( So good for a back up if nothing else!
Had an excellent one night stay at the Brisbane House Hotel in Largs with my 12 year old daughter. From the minute we arrived til we left it was first class. The car park is great, the hotel was immaculate, very modern, clean and the staff were all lovely. We stayed in room 101 which was amazing, very spacious and a fabulous view. Breakfast in the morning was served in the very modern restaurant we sat at the table near the amazing aquarium. The location is perfect for a short stroll along the promenade to the shops.
Pictures on Booking.com do not accurately show how good this property is. Very well appointed accomodation, view from the living room and kitchen (with front aspect) straight out to the Isle of Cumbrae.
5 - 10 mins walk to Largs Train Station and centre of town for all amenities. Would highly reccommend booking this property.
I was surpised to see the room come up on booking .com, at such a low price, but once I had checked in to my room I realised why! Cracking location, and a lovely looking hotel. The decor was great, and the dinner menu was extensive. The reception staff were very polite, and check in was seamless.
We had a wonderful stay at the Bellevue apartment. The host was so sweet and left us bread and milk etc to start off our stay. The location was amazing. We watched the sun set on the water and were within walking distance of downtown Largs. Would highly recommend!!
Perfect location. Handy for Main Street with shops, bars and food. Next to Ferry terminal. 5 minutes from Largs train station. We have now stayed twice and hopefully will be back again.
Host was easy to reach and responded quickly to any queries.
Lovely cooked breakfast with vegetarian option on request. Nice porridge and fresh fruit
Parking available at the hotel.
Hotel staff very accommodating to special request for more accessible room.
Lovely views out to the Islands
Well presented, very clean flat right in the heart of Largs ,only a stones throw from the shops, cafes restaurants etc, well equipped kitchen ,spacious living room, well presented bathroom.
Bedrooms fresh and clean.
This is a nicely presented small hotel in a great location for Largs, Cumbrae, Bute. Staff member on arrival was lovely, friendly & she checked that all was well after I'd settled in.
Absolutely ideal location for a trip to Largs, minutes walk away from Main Street. The room was a good size with everything you need. Friendly greeting from the owner when we arrived.
Truly fantastic B&B. Such a nice break from routine stays in hotels. Keith went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Definitely coming back!
Flat was lovely.. everything you needed was provided...very close to seafront and a little town.. maybe more leaflets for tourist sites could be provided...
