Bed was comfortable, air con kept room cool, great location for us, room great size. Have stayed here quite a few times before but getting a bit outdated or just needs a bit more extra cleaning etc.

Staff were amazing. Connor was a great bar man with interesting conversations and helpful advice. And Sophie was also extremely helpful and made everything easy after a long day. They were both a credit to Garvock. A tip is coming by the end of this week for them both. The grounds are amazing and I had a fantastic nights rest in a lovely comfortable bed.

Not a big city , nice places to eat, fantastic big country park , near to city centre, absolutely wonderful, donated by Andrew Carnegie. Easy rail or bus travel to major cities, fairly reasonable prices, but don’t use ScotRail app, get paper tickets.you can travel on the buses all day for £ 11.50 pp. by purchasing a east of Scotland day rider ticket, good value. Plenty of decent shops and supermarkets close to hotel, lovely big church and abbey ruins close by.

A gem of a city, and a secret that now the people of Edinburgh are cottoning onto. It's got a beautiful Heritage Quarter with loads of trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Fantastic old buildings, a huge amount of history and one of the most beautiful parks in the world - Pittencrieff Park - is glorious. It really is like a mini-Edinburgh without the fuss and crowds, and such a lovely place to hang out.

We travelled to visit Knockhill Racing Circuit for a booked experience day.
Arrived on a lovely sunny day so decided to visit Pittencrief park on our way to the hotel (Adamson Hotel in crossford) where we had a great walk around the park and encountered many of the beautiful sights including the squirrels.
All in all a wonderful visit and we will definitely be back at some point in the (hopefully not too distant) future
Very friendly and helpful host. The hotel is situated in a very tranquil and green spot so you don’t hear the busy road although this is quite nearby. Therefore Dunfermline and Edinburgh are in easy reach.
The rooms are spacious and well maintained and equipped. Beds are very comfy with very good pillows. Seldom have we stayed in a room which was só clean and I díd do the “white glove test”! A framed photo or painting would brighten up the room but now I’m being picky.
We can therefore fully ánd gladly recommend this hotel.
Room was very clean and comfortable, nice selection of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room, it was a quick easy arrival at the reception and situated in great area with lots of food establishments and cinema all a short walk from hotel. The hotel is also well situated for easy access to city centre and to main roads to Edinburgh and other areas, would definitely recommend for a quick stopover or as a base for exploring around the area
Comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff - just felt like you already knew them & they’re helping a friend.
I like this type of hotel because they are very practical & functional. Good location for what I needed. I’m not sure about the value for money but everything seems so expensive these days. Cheaper than Edinburgh thank goodness - we choose to stay in Dunfermline now when visiting Edinburgh. Good parking & free.
This was our first experience with a Witherspoon hotel and we were very pleased. The location was right where we wanted to be and we enjoyed an evening walk around Dunfermline. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the price was a good value. Once we found our way in, the staff person at the bar was friendly, informative and efficient.
Appartment has perfect location in calm street, its very quiet even though it is close to the city centre offers lot of privacy. This location allows you to use public transport (bus station and train station in short distance). Also good for shopping. And few minuts walk to beautiful Dunfermline abbey. Its for affordable price.
The courtesy and professional manner the staff carried out their duties.
Rooms well appointed and comfortable
Good selection at breakfast
Hotel set amongst well attended gardens and only 10 mins walk into Dunfermline City and 10 mins walk to railway station which will take you into Edinburgh in 35 mins.
Stayed on a girls trip. Explored the surrounding are of Dunfermline then had a very quiet night in the hotel room at night and a perfect night's sleep.
We had breakfast in the morning downstairs in the cafe restaurant which gets really really busy with a queue outside.
We will definitely return.
The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Had an excellent night sleep. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a good location, central to the town centre with various bars, restaurants shops etc
Location.,was nice. food and drink were Good value for money. room was basic but comfortable. Shower was good. Easy access to dunfermline. Edinburgh.
Overall a good stay at a nice budget hotel.
Everything was perfect especially the hosts were so kind and welcoming, the hotel is clean and cozy ....
would definitely go again whenever I'm in Dunfermline
