I spent the night there in order to take a 6 a.m. flight. Since the airport shuttle doesn't start until 5 a.m., they showed me exactly how to walk about 2 blocks on a path to the airport. This was very helpful and I easily made it to my flight.
Note that part of the airport is under construction, so it may take longer than usual to find your way around.

It was basic. suited our needs for an overnight stay. The late arrival key process was easier than expected! We only saw staff at breakfast, which was also basic. A lovely young lady with a big smile was on reception in the morning.

We enjoyed staying at two Holiday Inn Expresses to stay...
We enjoyed staying at two Holiday Inn Expresses to stay close to the airport and one staying close to the St. Charles Train Station in Marseille. They were both well operated, and good for business and travelers. The St. Charles location could easily be a good location to get around Marseille. I am afraid I do not recommend the town which has trash issues. We did not find this anywhere else in France. The rail station had minimal seating, lots of trash all over the place and on the train lines. A great location for us and nice and clean.
A great location for us and nice and clean. We were disappointed to be placed in a handicapped room as neither of us is handicapped and we do not need that kind of facility, nor were we asked if we would like to stay in one. We find the "wet room" vs regular shower not to our liking which is our main negative. Plus, we would not want to deny any one who actually needed that facility which we were in and did not need. On the other hand, the breakfast area was open before 6 am which allowed us to have a quick breakfast before our shuttle was to pick us up for an early flight. The shuttle was on time and very helpful. All in all, good value but do need to work on room allocation satisfaction!!!JamesCanada - 10Scored 10

Convenient and comfortable place to stay close to Marseilles airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. Both the pool and the breakfast were excellent! The hotel shuttle bus was very efficient and picked us up from the airport and returned us promptly and pleasantly!

Our stay was on return from holiday before flying back home.
Our stay was on return from holiday before flying back home. The stop-over was excellent so chilled and relaxing, we ate at hotel buffet which was excellent with great choices evening and breakfast and good value. Our trip was short and unable to visit many places in area, but Hotel had numerous books and information on the area and Marseille.

We had to use our cell phone in order to get enough light to work on a paper. The sheets are way too fragrant. I put a towel over my pillow so I would not smell the fragrance that they have on the sheets. It was awful. the restaurant staff did not pay attention to customers. The only thing that this hotel has going for it is that it is very close to the airport and for that I’m thankful but that’s it.

The front desk staff even took time out to get to know us better and gave us good incite on France from a local perspective. The wine we ordered was delicious and only cost $3! Lastly, the shuttle driver was right on time and dropped us off right at our gate. The front desk made sure we had coffee and juice prior to leaving at 5AM. Keep up the good work!CarterUnited States

It was alright, but the hassle was annoying especially traveling with kids. The facilities there were alright and the staff was quite friendly, especially the breakfast staff. What is annoying is that there is no transport (shuttle) to/from the hotel after midnight.
