We had a family room which had very comfortable beds and great sheets; en suite had a good shower and there was plenty of space to move around in the bathroom; friendly staff who were always smiling; a standard continental breakfast however the marmalade was homemade and was exceptional. With its great location I would recommend this hotel.

The welcome and helpfulness of the staff: comfortable beds and all great. Didn’t try breakfast as had an early train but they ordered me a taxi which was early and the driver was very helpful with my suitcase etc. Good use of water with a fountain downstairs and a water bottle for refilling - no plastic and all directions in recycled wood! Would definitely stay again.

Rennes was beautiful the architecture rivals Paris!
Rennes was beautiful the architecture rivals Paris! The restaurants serve beautiful tradional French cuisine. There are many stunning historic churches and a cathedral to walk around that will take your breath away. The shopping is excellent from small boutiques, vintage shops and designer stores to popular highstreet brands like zara and H&M. It's a university city that boasts a great cafe culture and nightlife. The Sunday farmers market is a must visit!

Only stayed 1 day - could perhaps have added a day.
Only stayed 1 day - could perhaps have added a day. Rennes is very car un-friendly! Lots of cycle lanes, some quite narrow streets; lots of one-way streets that lead nowhere 9so you enter the one=way system and after a couple of minutes you end up back where you started - and there are no optional turns out of this system!
That said, once parked and on foot, very pleasant indeed.. We also had very nice weather - late-mid September.
Good restaurants - we ate at a creperie for lunch which was good and at an unpreposing restaurant for dinner which was very good,
The hotel was located just nearby the Gare de Rennes. Less than 5mins walk. Hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing as there were a lot of options to eat. The hotel also has an elevator, so we don't have to carry our bags up the stairs. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. We were in Rennes for 3 nights and the time we spent here was amazing cuz we had a good night sleep cuz of the comfortable beds. Definitely will stay here again if given the chance.
- A lot of foods and a nice coffee machine in breakfast
- Near old town, which means a lot of restaurants and shops and almost all the places for sightseeing near this hotel
- Greatly near the bus stop for access of an airport
- Greatly kind and polite responses by concierges and breakfast staffs
- Broad shower space
- A USB connector for power charge near the bed
- A nesspresso machine at a room
Great location opposite the train station but less than 10 mins walking from the shopping center and 15 from city center.
The room is spacious and clean so is the bathroom.
The staff is lovely and helpful - the nicest staff I met across hotels in Rennes surrounding the train station.
The lounge area at the reception looks cosy and breakfast looks great too (I'm not a breakfast person).
A lovely boutique style hotel in central Rennes. The interior design is lovely. We had the Henriette apartment which is just a street away from the main hotel. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Big bathroom, great shower, lovely details.
The bed could be more comfortable (the sofa bed too). The stairs up to the apartment are narrow and could be cleaner.
But great address!
Location closed to train and bus stations, a very good base to explore Rennes and surrounding towns. The room size was adequate and clean. Buffet breakfast was very nice with lot of selections, and real fresh orange juice available. The night view of the new Rennes train station from hotel room was magnificent
Enjoyed the area and property. Front desk was kind and accommodating. Loved the garden patio and the hotel was walkable to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff had excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable.
Perfect location both to get to the hotel (from the airport or train station) as well as to get downtown. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Hotel staff was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Price-performance ratio good given we booked only a few days in advance.
Very cool hotel with nice decorations, friendly staff and nice rooms. Number 9 bus a couple of minutes away from the hotel gets you straight to Rennes centre. English-language news channels on the TV (BBC, NHK World and Al Jazeera), as well as German channels.
Location of the hotel to Rennes was perfect. The room was clean and comfy apart from the bathroom
Good to have parking available due to prozimity of the town - and parking is secure
Few issues but third time I have stayed there and would use again
Hotel with really great staff, a bar and restaurant serving good food, a terrasse and good parking, The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and only a couple of kilometers from downtown Rennes.
Very friendly and helpful reception. The room and bathroom were very clean during the 4 days of our stay. The hotel was perfectly located close to the train station and not far from the city center.
Location! Right in the middle of the old town, walkable distance to all the attractions in Rennes. Breakfast was fabulous and the staffs were friendly. The lounge was beautiful.
Excellent location near the train station, all hotel staff was really nice and breakfast was delicious. Definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Rennes.
The location is good, very close to Rennes Train Station. Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. The hotel had very strict procedure on Covid 😀.
