The air conditioning was really effective and the aloe toiletries was nice also.

Senator Parque Central Hotel is situated in central Valencia, 15 minutes’ walk from Xativa Station and the Old Town. This modern hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre and sauna.

Everything was great, the room was specious, comfortable beds, we loved the food at the snack bar and the staff was very helpful. The location was also perfect for us, allowing us to walk around Valencia and see what we wanted to, instead of using public transport, although that's an easy option too.

The restaurants are very busy in the evenings.

The restaurants are very busy in the evenings. It will be a good idea to make a table reservation. The supermarket in El Saler is small and overpriced. But there is a big supermarket Carrefour in the Saler Shopping Center (you should use a bus). The tap water in Valencia is drinkable, probably no need to buy water. the buses run every 20 min and you can quickly reach City Center or Albufera Lake for a boat trip. There are walking and biking trails in pines near the beach.

El Saler itself is a small village, there are 3 or 4 restaurants which serve basic meals more along the line of fast food outlets. If self catering I would strongly suggest going the 5 miles to the large commercial estate and supermarket and by what you require as the village only has two basic stores.

7km from Valencia. Small village no ATM. Great beach and great good value restaurants. Shops ok for basics. Bus ride to Valencia or go in opposite direction to El Palmar for a boat trip on Albufera - also great good value restaurants.

The campsite is set in a beautiful location next to a lake and surrounding rice fields. The facilities were good however, most of them were not in operation which was disappointing. I would have liked to have taken my son trampolining and to take the boat trip across the lake. Hopefully next time. But the major construction taking place was right next to our bungalow and my son fell over some broken stones which was a shame. The works started from 8am so breakfast out on the veranda was impossible! It would have been nice to receive a note about this or some form of discount for the inconvenience caused.

A very well-run campsite / caravan park, with good transport links for going to Valencia and it's close to the beach. They have a nice bool/lounging around area and a very good outdoor playground . We very much enjoyed the adjoining alfresco games area with pool table, baby football, and table-tennis... the kids beat me at table football but I still rule when it comes to pool ! The nearest town, El Saler is a mere stone's throw away with plenty of restaurants and bike hire shop.

Great location, great architecture. Also dogs were allowed in the hotel which was really nice. Green area around. At the nearby kind of camping installation we could rent bicycles. That is really a must.... great, exploring the "huertas" and the lake with the rice around by bicycle and later using the streets in the forest near the beach with special bicycle trials.

The host/owner was very helpful and friendly. I accidentally paid for two different rooms for the same day and she kindly refunded me. She didn't have to do that, but she did and I was very grateful. The location is literally 12 mins away from the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but opt for a less expensive room.
