Entry into the Mineral bath spa was free for hotel guests, and it is directly attached from the hotel into the spa. So very convenient! The staff were all very friendly and I appreciated the little details such as a welcome note in the room. The restaurant had several options of local dishes so that was excellent to give them a try. There were additionally a number of more unique dishes like the Mango-Chilli cake.

Great location for a short winter break. Alpine and cross-country skiing plus snow shoeing. Very quiet but has one or two places to eat and drink. Altes Zollhaus is recommended as a cafe and pizza restaurant.

Splügen is a place worth a visit. High up in the Swiss Alps, it's air is clean and the scenery is dramatic in whichever direction you look. Lots of hiking in Summer, some skiing in Winter and everywhere is peace and tranquility.John_7050United Kingdom
