The staff at reception were absolutely wonderful particularly the ladies who helped us open our bottle of wine after we broke our opener! The room was fabulous and the location perfect.

Fantastic location on the river and easy walk from the train station. I have stayed here several times in a single room with balcony overlooking the river. Great on Saturday market days. Breakfast in the Hotel overlooking the river and mountains used to be a highlight but no longer offered in that way which is very disappointing.

The Ibis Luzern-Kriens offers a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 motorway and only a few minutes away from Lucerne.
