the room was a single one, so small but absolutely big enough for me. I was delighted to see a full length mirror and a hair dryer as well as an iron and board there for use. There was also a kettle, tea, coffee and even biscuits!! the bathroom was small but it worked and the hot water was hot!!! The location was not in the centre but it was so easy to get around by using the metro. The receptionist was so helpful. She went above and beyond to explain different things to do in Bilbao and helped me save money on my trip back to the airport by finding a bus for me. She made my experience so much better and I had such an easy trip thanks to her. I would stay here again for sure.
