Staff is super nice and kind. As soon as arrived, they offered us a welcome drink, allowing us to check in one hour in advance. For the whole staying they took care of us (for example, anticipating breakfast time or giving us the possibility to have a shower before leaving in a "guest bathroom").. Breakfast is tasteful and with a wide choice (fruit, scrambled eggs, arepas, etc). The room has everything needed (air conditioned included), the bed is confortable. Also the position is very good in the centre; the way gets busy in the night, with a beautiful atmosphere (the way is called callejón ancho): despite of this, there is no noise perceived inside of the room.

The location was great, right in the city center but still inside like an oasis, a private and quiet place. Exactly like I expected it to be! The architecture was unique, the rooms beautiful and the breakfast great! The amenities of the hotel were exquisite, the pool also very nice. Walking distance from the clubs and bars in case you would like to party; would recommend La Jugada or Alquimico. The place to be in case you would like to stay in the old city of Cartagena but still enjoy quiet nights.
