This property and the host are amazing. The attention to detail and the little things. The washcloths felt like butter and the bath towels were to die for! The flat I stayed in was so impressive. Every comfort I could have wanted was in the unit. Coffee, beach towels, toiletries. I felt like I was staying at a friend's place. So clean and comfortable and decorated so beautifully! Location was prime; two minute walk to the beach. I was considering staying at a high rise major hotel chain and am SO glad I did not! This gem of a property and Marie, the hostess, exceeded my expectations exponentially!

This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

Very clean, complete with everything. Very organized. Will be highly recommended to friends and colleagues. Wish we could have stayed longer. Near all shops and restaurants. Valet and Reception staff were very friendly, The suite was nicely furnished, clean, body care products + linens were plentiful, and the partial ocean view was nice. Set yourself up for a perfect breakfast on the balcony with a trip to Ori's Bakery & Cafe, they have divine sweet and savory pastries plus fantastic key lime pie.

Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.
