I have no words to describe how wonderful this place is! Everything was a huge surprise for us. The room was amazing and super clean. The room is big, which was great because we had a lot of luggage. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus. The breakfast was so good! Marianna and Francesca are really sweet and you can see they really love what they do. The place is beautiful and it was easy to access the building. I wish we had stayed there a few more days. This is the place to stay if you ever go to Parma. We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. Location in within walking distance to the square, shops, train station. Everything was beyond our expectations.

The property has everything that you need: it is very clean, good design, proximity to the center and still quiet in the night. The host is very discreet and hospitable. We did not have breakfast included, but we received from the host o lovely pie, that children loved it and all other stuff for breakfast, like coffee, milk, butter, jam, little cakes and so on. The town is a little Venice, very romantic! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At the apartment complex, units include bed linen and towels. Firstly the price of the accomodation was excellent in comparison to other for the dates that we stayed. Upon arrival we had trouble with the keypad to gain access but messaged the owner and they immediately responded and we gained access straight away. The apartment has been upgraded to a very good standard and exceptionally clean. Everything that you needed and more. We even had a lovely little courtyard with a table and chairs that you could sit in. We would highly recommend these apartments and would book in the future if we are travelling to Bologna. The apartment was situated in a great location close to the bus stop, shops and restaurants.
