The apartment is simply specious and huge! It has more than you expect (except aircon what during July was a bit challenging during the night) but there is a lot of fans what helps. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped. There is even winę fridge and the host welcomed us with a bottle of DELICIOUS PROCLSECCO!! Location close to the city center also in plus. Absolutelly recomme d!

The location worked well for us. Close to the train station, and very close to the Field of Miracles/ tower. The breakfast included was lovely, the apartment had all we needed, and Cristian met us at the apartment and was very helpful. No elevator, but we knew this - it's in the listing description.

The flat is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. Beds were comfy, the kitchen and living space were very big. The location was fantastic, less than 10 minutes walk from the tower, surrounded by bars and restaurants and also a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to the train station. Amit was very kind to let us enter the flat earlier than the check in time since the flat was available and we were able to stay 1 hour later for check out. Very accommodating. We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Great value for money.

Once inside, it was the usual system of keys and we were left to our own devices. I shouldn’t think you’d need to contact the owners again. The apartment is well equipped and modern. It should have everything you need and more for a short stay in Pisa.

How ceilings and great vibe in the apartment for short stay visiting Pisa. Bakery at 2 mins walking, same thing for a Carrefour shop. Clean entrance with stairs, needing to go up one floor to enter.

Francesco was an excellent host. After showing us the facilities and providing some valued information and support, he left us alone to enjoy our holiday. The apartment was spotless and very spacious in an old classical Italian building, with a fridge completely stocked.

The Piazza Miracoli is about 20 minutes by walk. The flat is very cosy, there were anything you need (coffee machine, boiler, sanitaries, etc.)

Ideal for day trips to other places in Tuscany. Nicely furnished, quiet and very accessible. Supermarkets are very close and the Arno river is a ten-minute walk. The host is friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The patio in front was partially covered and protected from the elements, while the vine covered rear of the patio gave additional shade which was not necessary during my stay but would be nice during the height of summer. The studio is located within walking distance (less than 5min) from the San Rossore station and the leaning tower (10min).
