Very clean and new apartment with comfortable bed, aircondition, parking and excellent host! Jelena helped with luggage, came with wine to us since we arrived late, had beer in the fridge and juice for us. She came with coffee in the morning (since we did not had the chance to buy) and chocolates, biscuits, milk and a powder coffee alternative. You can tell that she enjoy showing service and doing her best for her quests. She is really helpful and will make your stay so much more memorable. The apartment is located about 2km from Old Town Dubrovnik (20 minute walk) but theres is buses that leaves every 20 minutes to Old Town close by (line 4). It is 1.5km to Uvala Lapad beach or take return bus from Old Town (line 4)

Spotless clean apartment, with everything you need, at a quiet location,there is a private parking spot for the apartment included. I must say the dominik was an excellent host, gave local recommendations, and even let us leave our luggage past our check out time, which we highly appreciated. It had everything I needed for a great short stay. It was also well equipped, clean and has a bus station in front of the condominium which can get you to Old Town in about 10min. Also, it's quite near the Dubrovnik Boat Port which is a great advantage for exploring other places in Croatia.JoséGroup

The balcony has a beautiful view over the harbour and is nice to sit with a glass of wine. There is a bus stop 2 mins walk away which takes you until the Old Town. The communication was great with the host. I stupidly left my sunglasses and the host arranged for me to get them back. Thanks again ☺️

Small kitchenette, could need a better/sharper knife for cutting, but very nice to have a small refrigerator. You share the terrace with the other residents. Very short walk to a small supermarket, busstop and beaches. The host was very nice to share advice on sightseeing, restaurants etc.
