Location, location, location. It's within a walking distance to all the touristic spots. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, everything nearby. You don't need a car or public transport. The staff was amazing, Yolanda and Noelia were very friendly and at our back and call for everything we needed. They upgraded our room and we got a studio with a view. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, very clean. Definitely THE place to stay in Mérida.

Everything was unexpectedly fabulous in this apartment-Hotel; the neatness is remarkable, the silence offered by its double stained glass window in the heart of the city; a spotless kitchen (for those who want to cook small plates, I didn't because there are plenty of good restaurants around, and a Spar next door) a decent sized fridge, and the ubiquitous cleanliness. Without forgetting a large and safe garage, adjacent to the property but the most perfect thing is the reception staff; They are professional and welcoming. To all of them thank you very much.

We loved staying here. The staff that met us was lovely and the apartment itself was fabulous. Everything seemed brand new. There was a great information booklet with helpful recommendations. The location is on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the plaza de España and is very central. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Merida.

fantastic spacious ground floor apartment well equipped with a large secure courtyard for the bicycles. its in a square of bars restaurants with mostly locals and was purchased favourite part of the city. its also just a stones throw from the main Roman sites . cant recommend enough

It is impeccably clean and equipped with everything one can need for a short stay. The owner is very kind - Ms Lali has waited for us to hand in the keys and has given us a warm welcome. Very good location, just a few minutes walk to the Teatro Romano and the National Museum of Roman Art, and about 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Once we got the door code entry was simple, Very good location for the Roman Ampiteatro and village. We found a little Spanish bar just round the corner that we liked Los Amigos. Parking was very good outside the apartment block.
