I loved the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. They simply wanted us to have a good holiday and were proactive every step of the way from confirming the booking to actually greeting us outside of the property. Great location - within walking distance to everything - Port, Old City, Market, Restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Elevator for upper floors. They even had beach towels and a Para-Sol to borrow.

Easy check in. Katya met us at the beautiful modern apartment and explained how to use the washing machine and oven etc. The location couldn’t have been better. It was very central to restaurants and the well equipped grocery store is literally across the street. Despite being so close to the hub of things it was very quiet. The apartment has everything you need and shopping is 5-10 minutes away.

The apartment was very clean and and well equipped. Very close to some amazing restaurants and the centre of Palma, not too far from the beach. Great communication with hosts.

Location. Very central with lots of food options around, a convenience store 2 doors away. Just off a very busy lane but quiet with the doors closed. Comfortably spacious. Washing machine and dryer. The bed is in a little niche with a lower ceiling. Felt cosy but taller people may bump their heads if not careful. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator but we were helped with our bags on the way in. A luggage storage facility is available in a bike rental shop closeby, very convenient, just mind the opening hours.

The staff was really friendly, the person in the reception made our stay memorable. The room was perfect, bright and spacious. From the balcony the view of the city was perfect. We will be gladly to be back.
