The reception staff were the most welcoming, the complimentary drink in the bar, the beautiful room and hotel, perfect turn down service, the complimentary chocolates, the amazing service at breakfast and the food itself, and a lovely greeting on our departure. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in for quality of decor, professional yet friendly staff and location
