We had an issue on the Tanger Med port and we were waiting for 5 hours , we missed the hotel check in time , but the guy from reception was kind enough to explain us that reception working 24h . Thanks God we had somewhere to sleep. Definitely recommend this hotel , clean , comfortable and lovely staff ! A++++++++
