Well, we are used to a 5 star or 4 normally, but we have a dog, and was difficult to find some where in tossa. That would accommodate us. So I was really concerned with a 1 star To tell you the honest truth, I couldn't give them a bad review, it's a old lady and her assistant that works so hard. They cannot do enough for you, so dispit the old decor and a reception bar from the 70s. They are lovely lovely people, the place needs a refurb, and bar needs modernising, but clean. Thanks for having us as guests Jason
